The bakery

The bakery - Traditional craftsmanship and direct trade: Our bread made from the best ingredients

When we entered the old bakery for the first time, we were thrilled to have finally found the ideal place for our roastery. But after the initial euphoria, we discovered an old baker's oven in the corner. As a trained chef who had baked bread in various kitchens around the world, we immediately had the idea of baking bread in this bakery too. Our interest in good bread is just as great as our passion for first-class coffee. We also wanted to give something back to the village community and counteract the decline in traditional craftsmanship.

In many villages and city centers, bakers and artisans are increasingly disappearing, squeezed out by large discount stores, a lack of young talent and economic challenges. In addition, industrially produced breads often contain additives such as emulsifiers, preservatives and flavor enhancers, which can be harmful to health. These industrial breads often contain inferior ingredients such as artificial flavors, cheap fats and sugar in order to save costs and extend shelf life.

In contrast, we focus on quality and tradition. Our bread is made from high-quality, natural ingredients that we source directly from Farms source. By trading directly with the producers, we not only guarantee first-class quality, but also support sustainable and fair farming. Every loaf of bread tells the story of the careful selection and processing of the ingredients, which we personally select and collect locally.

Our bakery is not a competitor to large bakeries and supermarkets, but offers a valuable alternative. We want to create a place where tradition and craftsmanship are valued, where people can meet, maintain personal contact and relax over an espresso or a freshly baked loaf of bread. Visit us and experience how we can make a difference by trading directly with Farms and a love of the craft to create unique baked goods that not only delight the palate, but also help to strengthen our community.
