Prices, payments and terms of delivery

The following provisions apply with regard to prices, payment and delivery terms:

Prices: All prices are subject to change at any time and are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT.

Payment: Payment can be made either in cash on site, by bank transfer (prepayment) or via PayPal. The invoice will be sent together with the delivered coffee order.

Delivery: Delivery takes place after payment has been made. The buyer is not entitled to immediate shipment. PATAP Nano Kaffeerösterei sends the ordered goods once a week by Swiss Post via B Mail / Economy and assumes no liability for late deliveries.

Shipping costs: The goods are delivered at the expense and risk of the customer. Unless otherwise stated, the following shipping costs apply:

- Value of goods up to CHF 60: CHF 9.50

- Value of goods from 60 CHF: Free shipping

Please observe these conditions in connection with your orders and deliveries from PATAP Nano Kaffeerösterei.

2. reservation of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made. If you are in arrears with the payment of the purchase price, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract (declaration of withdrawal).

3 Refunds and exchanges

Coffee in roasted or unroasted condition cannot be returned, the return of all other goods is possible within 14 days of purchase, after which a return or exchange is no longer possible.

The revocation must be made in writing and the goods must be returned to the following address at the customer's expense
